Here’s how it works:
We agree a date and time slot with you, typically 2, 3, or 4 hours, during which our engineers are on-site to inspect, service, or repair as many non-urgent items as possible. There’s no limit to the number of items, provided they can be completed within the time booked.

You only pay for:

• Our time (at our standard hourly rate)

• Travel

• Any parts required

If any items need more work or parts we don’t have on hand, we can take them off-site for repair and return them to you. If the return aligns with a scheduled visit, there’s no extra charge (excluding parts).
