Service Options

We offer a range of service options to suit your particular situation, ranging from visits on demand when a service or calibration is due or a fault occurs through to annual service contracts.
We aim to respond to breakdowns within 48 hours, often quicker. Our experience enables us to diagnose faults quickly, identify any parts required and ensure that your equipment is back up and running in as short a time as possible.

Gold Service
- One Preventative Maintenance visit in any 12-month period.
- The visit will include the inspection and verification of the performance of all electronic and electro-mechanical components to check that they are within the manufacturer’s specifications.
- A service report after each annual service.
- Parts, labour and travel for the Preventative Maintenance visit.
- Parts, labour and travel for unlimited Additional Breakdown visits.
- Priority phone and email support, providing the customer with a direct telephone number and E-mail address of the local technical service engineer to ensure prompt support on diagnostic and technical questions.
Silver Service
- One Preventative Maintenance visit in any 12-month period.
- The visit will include the inspection and verification of the performance of all electronic and electro-mechanical components to check that they are within the manufacturer’s specifications.
- A service report after each annual service.
- Parts, labour and travel for the Preventative Maintenance visit.
- Labour and travel for unlimited Additional Breakdown visits.
- Priority phone and email support, providing the customer with a direct telephone number and E-mail address of the local technical service engineer to ensure prompt support on diagnostic and technical questions.
- Parts required for Additonal Breakdown visits are not included in the Silver contract.
Bronze Service
- One Preventative Maintenance visit in any 12-month period.
- The visit will include the inspection and verification of the performance of all electronic and electro-mechanical components to check that they are within the manufacturer’s specifications.
- A service report after each annual service.
- Parts, labour and travel for the Preventative Maintenance visit.
- Priority phone and email support, providing the customer with a direct telephone number and E-mail address of the local technical service engineer to ensure prompt support on diagnostic and technical questions.
- Parts, labour and travel for Additional Breakdown visits are not included in the Bronze contract.
Terms and Conditions
- Break-downs and service calls caused by accidents, negligence or mishandling are not included in any of the above contracts. For example: lid damage from excessive force, screen damage due to incorrect operation.
- Damage due to natural disasters, example; natural catastrophes, environmental disasters, floods or fire is not covered by any of the above contracts.
- Contracts are for a minimum of 12 months and are payable at the start of the contract.
- Prior to the Service Contract coming into effect, a pre-inspection visit might be needed to verify proper equipment operation. If the equipment is found to be in good working order then there will be no charge for the inspection. If a unit or units are not working to standard specifications then a charge may be applied.
- Once the Service Contract is in place, if, whilst performing a Preventative Service, the service engineer determines that the instrument has a fault or is not operational in any way then approval for the rectification of the fault will be obtained from the customer, and the fault corrected prior to the Preventative Maintenance service being carried out on that piece of equipment. Any parts and labour necessary to rectify the fault will be charged in accordance with the level of service contract in place at the time.
- For Silver and Bronze contracts any necessary parts that are required during an Additional Breakdown visit would be chargeable at a rate consistent with market conditions and availability.
